Many federal, state, and private agencies/organizations require the programs that they fund hire evaluators to assess the effectiveness of their implementation and their impact. I an experienced evaluator with both the qualitative and quantitative skills necessary to conduct mixed-method evaluations. I am currently the evaluator of Strong Coasts, a National Science Foundation-funded Research Traineeship program. My toolkit of evaluation methods include:

- Annual evaluation reports for funding agencies/organizations
